Backroads is the kind of place you pull into and don't rush out of. Cold draft, big screens, and a kitchen that takes the food seriously.
We opened on Church Street to give Cookstown a proper local — somewhere the whole table finds something they want, whether that's a four-pound wing order for the game or a burrata caprese and a glass of wine.
Everything on the menu is made to order. The spring rolls, the beer cheese dip, the bruschetta mix — all in house, every day.
